The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Clemson Tigers locked horns in an NCAAF Picks ACC Conference matchup on Thursday.  Both teams are coming off impressive NCAAF picks wins.  However, neither played much of an opponent so this one proves to be the first test for either club.  After starting last season ranked in the top 10 the Clemson Tigers quickly descended down the rankings which led to HC Bowden's resignation and was replaced by Dabo Swinney.  He has a daunting task however, as Clemson faces nine Bowl Teams from last season NCAAF picks.  The Tigers do return seven starters in an offense that averaged 339.3 yards per game and ranked in the top five in the ACC in scoring, passing and total offense. Eight starters return to the defensive unit that ranked 25th in the nation in total, pass and scoring defense.  In their first tough contest of the NCAAF picks season the NCAAF Odds at BetUs.com have the Tigers listed as a +5.5 road underdog.

The Ramblin' Wreck come into this NCAAF picks game with high hopes.  HC Paul Johnson has turned the program around as they won 9 NCAAF Picks game last season and tied for first place in the ACC Coastal Division.  Much of the success can be attributed to one of the nation’s top rushing attacks a d this year has 17 starters  returning of which nine are on offense.  They Yellow Jackets do have some concern on about their defense  as they struggled down the stretch, allowing 80 points to Georgia and LSU. However, overall they ranked sixth in the ACC in both total (313.5 yards per game) and scoring defense (20.3 points per game).

Trends/Predictions:  GEORGIA TECH is 16-5 ATS (+10.5 Units) in the first two weeks of the season since 1992.  However, CLEMSON is 10-7 against the spread versus GEORGIA TECH since 1992.

This NCAAF picks should show which team is ready for ACC play and you can get down on all the action at BetUs.com
